From the body of the black badger hair, mixed with horse and goat hair to give a good balance for lathering. Generally shorter life than Pure or Best badger.

China which has a long history in writing and painting tracing back at least 6,000 years where 90% of badger brush raw materials currently originate.

Legend of the ink brush was invented by Meng Tian (210 BC) under the First Emperor of the Qin Dynasty where primitive pottery containing decorative painted designs made by tools resembling a brush with clearly visible. This evidence suggests that the brush may have predated written language itself.

This peculiar detail of hair selection, craftsmanship in tying of the brush for shape and water retention, has been passed on for generations.  Combined with the knowledge in shaving brushes from the Western world has allowed us to perfect the modern shaving brush knot.

We work on difference material to make the handle shape with art and craftsmen, lathering experience and the balance of beautiful shape design. We had consider the design for professional barber lathering experience, the other side we consider personal usage with more design on asthtic look of the handle.  We work with barber shop custom made handle with metal, wood, and resin, also we have design ready for barber shop second creation with logo and packaging with their own graphic.
